The main focus of the role will be to work with senior leaders to develop winning proposals for strategic prospects (90% of time). Assist the Property & Buildings business unit / market segment with strategy and targets. Act as a gate keeper for the business in terms of governance, process, branding etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coherence in proposal development. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes within the business unit/market segment. Support in the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partnerships or alliances. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy development. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the business unit/market segment. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance the business unit's visibility and reputation.
