Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Analyst with expertise in Freight Forwarding to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in key processes. The role will involve conducting audits, identifying process gaps, and providing recommendations for improvements. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to business processes. Key Role Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of Freight Forwarding Operations, Master Data Management (Vendor & Customer Creation/Modification) and FF Finance to ensure adherence to defined processes and compliance standards. Identify process inefficiencies, errors, or risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with operations teams to drive quality improvements and process standardization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Work closely with business teams to implement process enhancements based on audit findings. Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Provide detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and act as a coach for Quality improvement initiatives Conduct training sessions for process adherence and best practices. Skills & Competencies: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or enterprise environment Excellent communication and coaching skills. Education & Qualifications: Bachelors degree and above. Preferred: Experience working in a Shipping, Supply chain Management, Freight forwarding, Logistics, finance environment. Good understanding of finance processes such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payments, General Ledger (GL), and Tax.
