Senior Solutions Consultant, Pre-Sales

As a Solution Consultant at New Relic, you will play a crucial role in understanding clients" business challenges and technical environments. Your primary responsibility will be to present technology solutions that align with the clients" needs and demonstrate the value of the New Relic platform. By leveraging your strong technical and business acumen, you will drive revenue growth and remove technical objections during sales cycles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop deep expertise in New Relic products and services - Partner with sales to qualify prospects and identify expansion opportunities - Lead value and solution discovery workshops - Create compelling technical proofs through demonstrations and presentations - Execute proof-of-concept engagements to showcase New Relic's value proposition - Resolve critical business and technical issues - Collaborate with the account team to strategize and address problems - Share best practices with other Solution Consultants - Provide feedback to product management for enhancements - Stay updated on competitive analysis and market differentiation - Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders - Support marketing initiatives and industry events **Qualifications Required:** - 10+ years of pre-sales experience or similar customer-facing technical roles - Experience working with GCC customers in India is a plus - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools and technologies - Knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, and serverless computing - Proficiency in Java, .Net, Ruby, C, Python, JavaScript, React - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills - Understanding of value-based selling - Experience with enterprise customers in various industry verticals - Passion for technology and willingness to travel Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
