Senior Software Developer (Machine Learning & Generative AI)

Location: Hybrid/Remote (Ambala, India)

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer with a strong

background in machine learning, generative AI, and full-stack development. The ideal

candidate will have both technical depth and leadership capabilities to architect, build,

and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and generative AI systems.

• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-enabled applications from concept to deploy-

ment.

• Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define project scope, strat-

egy, and deliverables.

• Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Oversee backend and frontend integration using full-stack technologies.

• Mentor junior developers and participate in peer code reviews.

• Ensure best practices in software architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frame-

works (React, Node.js, FastAPI, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor-

Flow.

• Experience in developing or fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and generative

AI systems with knowledge of Langchain.

• Knowledge of data engineering tools and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and version control (Git).

• Experience in system design, API architecture, and microservices development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.

• Exposure to vector databases, prompt engineering, or multimodal AI systems.

• Previous experience in leading small technical teams or projects.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
