What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain core web applications , supporting API s and client integrations with various software systems .

• Take ownership of and l ead technical projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

• Pr oactively c ollaborate with stakeholders to gather, extract, and document requirements and t o design scalable solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are adhered to.

• Foster a developer ecosystem by writing documentation and championing modern engineering practices, tools, and industry standards .

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.
  

• Advocate for supporting team success .

• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Proficiency with modern observability tools and practices (metrics, logging, and error tracking).
