Responsibilities Job Overview:This position is for UI / Front-end development teamAs the Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing of high-quality web and enterprise applications, from the server-side logic to the front-end user interface. You will be a Senior Engineer, ensure best practices in coding and design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions. This role requires a person with high technical abilities and lead / mentor junior resources.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.- Collaborate with Architects for solution design and ensure that the design is translated to implementation.- Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and responsiveness.- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.- Collaborate with delivery managers, product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.- Stay updated with enterprise guidelines, emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes where applicable. Foster the culture of continuous learning for self and team. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.- Drive continuous improvement in software development practices and team productivity. Qualifications Skillsets Required- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a track record of successfully leading development teams.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, JSF, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React and Next.JS.- Strong expertise in server-side languages and frameworks such as Java, Spring, Node.js.- Strong expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and experience in building cloud native and hybrid cloud applications.- Experience with database design and implementation(SQL and NoSQL databases).- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
