Experience: 5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to business-specific projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Translate functional specifications into technical solutions, program designs, and application
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and leadership for solution design.
• Design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-ready solutions leveraging DevOps practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers.
• Support and troubleshoot complex incidents, ensuring system resilience and stability.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and log analysis (using tools like Splunk/Dynatrace).
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with design patterns and standards.

Must-Have Skills:

• Java, Spring Boot, Postgres, Kafka, WebSphere Liberty (Mandatory)

• Web service development
• Test-driven development (TDD)
• Experience with container platforms, DevOps, Jenkins, Git
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with exposure to SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in systems analysis, integration with third-party systems, and high-level solution design.
• Strong expertise in

  Java, Spring framework, and relational databases (Oracle/Postgres).

• Experience working with messaging platforms like

  Kafka
