• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PHD in Computer Science or related field.
• Previous experience with web services, storage, cloud computing, and planet-scale systems is a big plus.
• 7+ years of experience with designing, implementing, debugging and launching commercial software products or web services, through multiple release cycles.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or familiarity with data engineering concepts a big plus.
• Effective communication/collaboration skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and prioritize issues.
• Collaborating with technical partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Excellent design, coding, debugging, teamwork, and communication skills.
• A Customer focused innovation mindset.
• Passionate about Craftmanship in engineering.
• Experience with cross group design and coordination is an advantage.

• Influence and align the product vision by collaborating with customers, partners, product management and engineering teams.
• Ensure service durability across releases while optimizing performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.
• Provide leadership, make technical contributions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Foster collaboration and trust within the team.
• Advocate for Microsoft 365 Security products, enabling users to access and control information across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Work closely with program managers and security engineering teams to develop core features for the Microsoft security portal and supporting back-end functionality.
• Play a vital role in combating malware and protecting millions of customers.
