What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Design and implement innovative features with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and lasting product impact.
• Requirement Engineering: Work with the product team to refine requirements and lead technical discussions to align features with product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Ensure product stability by monitoring, tuning performance, and proactively resolving issues.
• Technical Design: Make crucial technical decisions that directly affect user experiences and product scalability.

Basic Requirements

Senior Software Engineer key responsibilities

• A minimum of 1 year in full-stack development, handling both front and backend features.
• At least 2 years as the main technical contributor for a SaaS product, making strategic technical choices.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience working on genuine SaaS products, not outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Familiarity with using generative AI in everyday development tasks.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
