Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer - Front End at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad, you will be accountable for leading and contributing to viable technical solution design, development/configuration, and deployment in alignment with a release management plan. Your key responsibilities will span across investment projects, operational changes for bug fixes/enhancements, and innovation projects supporting organizational goals. - Partner with the leads of Commercialization IT and the broader IT matrix organization to design, develop, and implement digital capabilities for effective customer engagement & experience. - Collaborate with IT partners and business teams to understand requirements and use cases, ensuring successful release for new initiatives and enhancements. - Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle of Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms, including content creation, storage, review & approval, assembly/authoring, and distribution. - Contribute to requirement grooming, documentation, UT test plan, ST, and UAT during release, working closely with all development teammates. - Provide hands-on L2/L3 support for two Commercial Vault applications and dependent apps, assisting with issue tracking, logging, monitoring, and resolution. - Design and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) considering user management, security, data privacy, and performance to establish potential digital capability solutions. - Identify high-value capabilities and opportunities for continuous improvement while ensuring successful delivery of services to support digital solutions. Desired Experience: - Experience in Commercialization (Commercial + Medical) domain & Digital Capability Solutions development. - Strong collaboration and communication skills to build partnerships and translate technical elements into business terms. - Working knowledge of software-development lifecycle methodologies including Agile, Lean, Waterfall. - Passion for learning new technologies, self-motivation, and driving technology solutions. - Understanding of Validated Delivery and GxP standards, with experience in creating/maintaining standard documentation. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of experience. - 2+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Content Management System, and Veeva Vault platforms. - Hands-on technical administration and development experience in Veeva Vault platforms. - Knowledge of Veeva API connection, multi-channel content distribution to CRM, and Vault content load in Vault. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry.
