Senior Software Engineer - Front End

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer - Frontend, you will have a significant impact by delivering robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Your technical leadership, expertise in Frontend/Fullstack, and deep understanding of engineering best practices will guide product direction and influence architectural decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering Frontend features and applications, leading technical efforts, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring code quality through performance optimization techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deliver Frontend features and applications with end-to-end ownership. - Lead technical efforts and make architectural decisions aligned with business and user needs. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Apply performance optimization techniques to ensure scalable front-end and back-end systems. - Implement and maintain modern front-end architecture using React, TypeScript, and tools like Webpack or Vite. - Ensure code quality through testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent. - Proficiency in React, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications. - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end ecosystems. - Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or equivalent. Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices for application robustness and maintainability. - Proven ability to make sound technical decisions independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision. - Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.
