What Youâll Do Architect, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and high-performance applications Lead end-to-end ownership of featuresâfrom design to deployment and monitoring Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, QA, and DevOps teams Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and best practices Drive improvements in system design, architecture, performance, and security Contribute to an engineering culture of clarity, ownership, and continuous learning What Weâre Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (backend/frontend/full stack) Strong expertise in [Insert stack â e.g. Java, Python, Node.js, Go, React, etc.] Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles Proven experience with scalable architecture, microservices, and cloud-native development Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance-tuning skills Show more Show less
