About the Role

SDE III – Fullstack Developer (MEAN/MERN Stack)

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who can independently drive fullstack development, contribute to architecture decisions, and lead cross-functional projects across teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development using

    MEAN (MongoDB, Express, Angular, Node.js)

    or

    MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

    stack.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and performant applications with clean, maintainable code.
  • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Optimize backend APIs and front-end interfaces for performance and scalability.
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, participate in code reviews, and uphold best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards, tooling, and processes across group companies.
  • Integrate third-party services, APIs, and microservices where required.
  • Maintain high test coverage and support CI/CD pipelines across multiple project teams.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Fullstack Developer.
  • Strong expertise in

    Node.js + Express.js

    for backend development.
  • Proficiency in either

    React.js

    or

    Angular

    for frontend (or both).
  • Deep understanding of

    MongoDB

    and general NoSQL design patterns.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and modern frontend architectures.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Solid understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Good to Have

  • Experience with

    microservices architecture

    , Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, or NestJS.
  • Hands-on experience in managing scalable applications in production.
  • Experience working in product-based or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
