About the Role

Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for

  SaaS-based web and mobile applications

  – from concept to final UI.
• Create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align UX with business needs.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Build and manage design systems to ensure UI consistency across projects.
• Ensure smooth handoff to developers and support during implementation.
• Work on multiple projects in

  HealthTech, EdTech, FinTech

  , and other verticals.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in

  UI/UX design

  , especially for

  SaaS or B2B platforms

  .
• Proficiency in design tools like

  Figma

  ,

  Adobe XD

  , or

  Sketch

  .
• Strong understanding of

  user-centered design

  , usability principles, and responsive design.
• Ability to

  independently handle projects

  with minimal supervision.
• Solid portfolio showcasing

  end-to-end product design

  (wireframes to final UI).
• Good communication and presentation skills to explain design rationale.
• Experience designing for both

  desktop and mobile platforms

  .

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  startups or fast-paced agile teams

• Knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

  for better dev collaboration.
• Experience with design handoff tools like
