About the Role

Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute

  SEO strategies

  to increase organic visibility, ranking, and traffic.
• Run, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads

  and

  Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

  to drive qualified leads.
• Monitor and report KPIs — traffic, conversion rates, CTR, ROI — and continually optimize for better performance.
• Conduct keyword research, technical audits, backlink analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with user journeys.
• Prepare and present performance reports to management with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on search engine and ad platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of

  hands-on experience

  in SEO and ad campaign management.
• Must be

  result-oriented

  with a portfolio or past examples showing improved rankings, leads, or ROI.
• Strong experience in tools like

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

  .
• Prior experience in a reputed company or agency is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience in health, education, or e-learning sectors.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, WordPress, or landing page builders.
• Experience in running retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
