Position Overview -

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Sr. Social Media Executive to develop and implement our social media strategy, increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to client platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) aligned with brand voice & marketing goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics; iterate strategies based on insights.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and manage online community interactions.
• Stay updated on platform trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams for cohesive messaging.
• Assist with paid social campaigns and basic budget management.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Basic graphic/video skills (Canva/Adobe Suite) are a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
