Role The senior site engineer will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and budget adherence for residential interior projects. This role requires strong leadership skills to work with project teams and communicate effectively with clients. Key Skills - Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/G-Sheets - Project management skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Exceptional attention to detail and no-compromise towards quality - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams. Educational Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical etc. or a general degree (B.Sc./B.Com.) Work Experience - Minimum: 3 years Roles & Responsibilities - Manage multiple interior design projects from concept to completion - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity - Conduct regular site visits to ensure project progress and address challenges - Prepare and present design concepts and updates to clients - Ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards - Mentor and supervise junior designers and project staff Preferred Candidate Profile - Proven track record in managing residential interior design projects - Strong portfolio showcasing design work and project management experience - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Salary - Starting at Rs. 5.0 lakhs per annum (CTC) based on skills and experience Perks and Benefits - Competitive salary - Opportunities for professional development and training Show more Show less
