Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

· Should be able to execute interior & civil projects.

· Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.

· Should be able to manage and overlook all kinds of Civil/MEP/HVAC/Interior works which may be required from time to time.

· Monitoring building maintenance budgets.

· Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs.

· Conducting building inspections for signs of damage or wear and tear.

· Negotiating and liaison with third-party service providers.

· Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering

· Knowledge of AutoCAD (optional)

· Candidate should have an eye for interiors and should be able to execute Commercial / Residential projects including soft finishes.

· Good organisational and project management skills are necessary.

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience will be preferred.

· Good understanding of the technical, civil, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems. Strong knowledge of facilities, machines and equipment is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
