CRM Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team and assist in managing and creating a CRM system for our company. Responsibilities: - Understanding the commercial operation, objectives, and daily work of each team to enhance productivity through CRM administration. - Providing system administration support, particularly in user permissions, custom objects, and workflows. - Creating, managing, and optimizing complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes. - Developing and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards. - Analyzing data to offer insights into team operation, effectiveness, and productivity. - Collaborating with other teams to identify business requirements for CRM implementation. - Coordinating and supporting integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools. - Assisting in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors while upholding data integrity. - Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support. - Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree - 5+ years of CRM Administration experience, preferably with Salesforce - Demonstrated ability to administer and configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions. - Proficiency in automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and conducting data analysis. - Experience collaborating directly with commercial, financial, and data teams. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
