Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site/Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our various sites and commercial buildings. This includes interior works, repairs of internal structures, plumbing, electrical issues, structural works and landscaping. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance and repair works, and liasoning with vendors/agencies to ensure smooth daily building operations and to remove all bottlenecks. JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES · Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs. · Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services · Hiring employees or contractors as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the property · Ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities · Should be able to manage and execute all kinds of Interior/Civil/MEP/HVAC works which may be required for the upkeep of the facilities. · Arranging for building improvements · Overseeing contractors and inspecting completed jobs · Resolving complaints, problems, and requests · Assisting with emergency response · Conducting regular building inspections for signs of damage or wear and tear · Managing and directing cleaning/housekeeping and security staff and activities · Preparing and carrying out daily activities and procedures · Negotiating and liaisoning with third-party service providers. · Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or a similar field is preferred. Good organisational and project management skills A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance or in a similar role. Previous Hotel/Managerial experience is a bonus. Good understanding of interior, civil, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
