Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Site Supervisor to handle rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects. The candidate must have strong site execution experience within the solar industry and the ability to manage installation teams and site operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise execution of rooftop & ground-mounted solar installations
• Manage site manpower including technicians, electricians, and laborers
• Ensure installation work is carried out as per design drawings and technical standards
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure project timelines are met
• Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance at site
• Maintain daily progress reports, material tracking, and site records
• Resolve on-site technical and manpower-related issues
• Support commissioning and handover activities

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 03 to 04 years of experience as a Solar Site Supervisor (mandatory)
• Proven experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects
• Strong knowledge of solar PV modules, structures, inverters, DC/AC wiring
• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or related field (preferred)
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Local candidates from Surat or nearby areas preferred
