Senior Site Supervisor

Role Overview: You should be able to execute interior & civil projects and manage all kinds of Civil/MEP/HVAC/Interior works as required. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs, monitoring building maintenance budgets, overseeing contractors, inspecting completed jobs, conducting building inspections, negotiating with third-party service providers, and ensuring facilities are in compliance with policies, regulations, and building codes. Key Responsibilities: - Execute interior & civil projects - Manage all kinds of Civil/MEP/HVAC/Interior works - Coordinate and oversee regular building maintenance and repairs - Monitor building maintenance budgets - Oversee contractors and inspect completed jobs - Conduct building inspections for signs of damage or wear and tear - Negotiate and liaison with third-party service providers - Ensure facilities are in compliance with policies, regulations, and building codes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - Knowledge of AutoCAD (optional) - Eye for interiors and ability to execute Commercial/Residential projects, including soft finishes - Good organizational and project management skills - Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred - Strong understanding of technical, civil, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems - Knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment Note: This job is full-time and requires in-person work.,
