You should be able to execute interior & civil projects. Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs, managing and overlooking all kinds of Civil/MEP/HVAC/Interior works, monitoring building maintenance budgets, overseeing contractors, inspecting completed jobs, conducting building inspections for signs of damage or wear and tear, negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers, and ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD (optional), an eye for interiors, the ability to execute Commercial / Residential projects including soft finishes, good organizational and project management skills, a minimum of 5 years of experience, a good understanding of technical, civil, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, as well as strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment. As a Project Manager (Solar Power Plant), you will be responsible for supervising solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards during solar installation projects in the Pune & Mumbai regions over a period of 6 months to 1 year. Your key responsibilities will include estimating materials, equipment, and personnel required for residential, commercial, or industrial solar projects, as well as preparing project proposals, budgets, and schedules. You will plan and coordinate the installations of photovoltaic (PV) solar and solar systems to ensure they adhere to relevant codes, monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets, and assess potential solar installation sites for feasibility and design requirements. Additionally, you will provide technical assistance to installers and technicians, identify strategies to reduce costs and enhance project efficiency, and evaluate subcontractor bids based on quality, cost, and reliability. Your role will also involve visiting customer sites to assess solar system needs, troubleshooting issues, managing inverter remote monitoring, and coordinating building inspections for solar projects. You will be required to complete installations, testing, and commissioning in accordance with client requirements, while also demonstrating proficiency in MS Office, possessing good communication skills, and managing manpower and safety effectively. Furthermore, having knowledge in electrical engineering, power distribution, transmission, and understanding electrical systems will be beneficial.
