Senior Site Supervisor

You should be able to execute interior & civil projects. Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs, managing and overlooking all kinds of Civil/MEP/HVAC/Interior works, monitoring building maintenance budgets, overseeing contractors, inspecting completed jobs, conducting building inspections for signs of damage or wear and tear, negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers, and ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, knowledge of AutoCAD (optional), an eye for interiors, the ability to execute Commercial / Residential projects including soft finishes, good organizational and project management skills, a minimum of 5 years of experience, a good understanding of technical, civil, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems, as well as strong knowledge of facilities, machines, and equipment. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person.,
