Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Site Supervisor to lead, manage, and deliver high-end interior fit-out and design projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate effectively between clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.

Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress reviews to maintain alignment across all stakeholders.

Budget & Cost Management

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets to ensure profitability and financial discipline.

Track expenses, verify bills, and approve purchases in line with company policies.

Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and cost estimation for all variations.

Timeline Management & Scheduling

Identify critical paths and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Anticipate potential delays and implement corrective actions proactively.

Team Management & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.

Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Quality Control & Standards Adherence

Ensure all work aligns with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and industry standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and enforce strict quality control measures.

Address non-conformities and resolve site issues promptly.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

Identify, negotiate with, and manage reliable vendors and subcontractors.

Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, safety standards, and company protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.

Proven track record of handling 100+ interior and civil projects independently.

Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Deep understanding of on-site coordination, material planning, and quality control.

Location: Gurgaon
