Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly responsible and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee end-to-end site execution activities, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain quality standards. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients, along with effective material, logistics, and budget control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material & Procurement Management:
• Coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely delivery of materials to site as per project indents.
• Track and utilize leftover materials efficiently to reduce wastage and cost.
• Manage site stores, maintain stock registers, and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Vendor & Contractor Management:
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure contractual compliance, quality delivery, and timely execution.
• Assist in drafting and monitoring vendor/contractor agreements.
• Project Execution & Engineering Oversight:
• Lead and monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Conduct regular quality checks to meet design and execution standards.
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
• Planning & Coordination:
• Participate in daily scrum meetings at 9 AM and 5 PM to review and plan tasks.
• Act as a project schedule controller, ensuring activities are executed as per plan and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, accounts, etc.) for seamless project delivery.
• Logistics & Site Operations:
• Oversee site logistics including transportation, equipment movement, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized site conditions for efficient operations.
• Client Interaction & Reporting:
• Maintain regular communication with customers to update on project progress and address concerns.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to management.
• Roles and responsibilities may change from time to time based on project needs, and adherence to these changes is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
