Position: Senior SharePoint Developer Location: Hyderabad, India Duration: Full Time Rate: $ Open/Year Work Hours:2.00 PM IST to 12.30 AM IST Job Summary: A Senior SharePoint Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, automate workflows, and improve business efficiency. This role requires a deep, knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services Job Duties: Delivers new features by designing, developing and maintaining components for reuse on the SharePoint platform. Assists in defining, designing, and developing complex workflows for use in the platform. Develops Forms, web parts, and other code required to implement a SharePoint solution. Delivers solutions from business requirements to technical design to final product. Mapping functions and features of a solution to the Microsoft SharePoint program. Documents efforts by providing well-formed, readable code, design documentation, and project documentation as needed. Upholds company vision by ensuring compliance with Exeter’s policies & procedures, safety, state and federal laws, regulations and standards. Proficient in using Power Automate to automate workflows and streamline business processes. Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell, and .NET. Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts. Migrate content and solutions from legacy SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, etc.). Other duties as assigned. Work Experience: Ten (10)+ years of designing and delivering SharePoint / .Net / SQL Server / Web Applications. Strong background in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). Familiarity with Azure services, Active Directory, and Microsoft Graph API. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps practices is a plus. Working knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns. Working knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies: SQL Server – T-SQL scripting, Stored Procedures .Net 4.x / EntityFramework 6 / WebAPI Javascript / AngularJS / CSS / HTML5 Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve challenging problems in an efficient, maintainable, and flexible way. Familiar with Visual Studio, SQL Manager, TFS Familiar with Agile project methodology Strong verbal and written communication skills.
