Job Description

The Senior SEO Executive is responsible for leading and executing advanced SEO strategies with a strong emphasis on technical SEO, aligning with the latest 2025 Google algorithm updates. This role requires deep expertise in optimizing website architecture, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all SEO practices adhere to the most current industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search visibility, driving qualified traffic, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices at scale. Key Responsibilities Technical SEO Audits & Implementation Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting crawlability, indexability, site speed, mobile usability, and overall website health. Optimize site architecture, internal linking, and URL structures for better search engine understanding and user experience. Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup for enhanced search results and rich snippets. Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and canonical tags to ensure efficient crawling and indexing. Oversee HTTPS implementation and address security issues impacting SEO performance. On-Page & Content Optimization Guide content teams on keyword targeting, meta tags, header structures, and content optimization in line with the latest Google guidelines. Ensure all content demonstrates E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) as emphasized by Google’s 2025 core update. Review and optimize landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets for both users and search engines. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics (organic traffic, rankings, conversions, Core Web Vitals) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis. Algorithm Updates & Industry Trends Stay up-to-date with the latest Google algorithm changes, especially the 2025 updates focused on content quality, spam detection, and page experience. Proactively adapt strategies to maintain or improve rankings in response to search engine changes. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with web developers to implement technical changes and resolve site issues. Collaborate with content, marketing, and UX teams to ensure holistic SEO integration across all channels. Mentor and guide junior SEO team members, sharing expertise in technical SEO and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–10 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO and proven results in organic growth. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends and tools. Proficiency in technical SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website CMS platforms. Experience with schema markup, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first optimization, and site speed enhancement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Latest SEO Techniques as per 2025 Google Update Prioritize high-quality, original, and well-researched content over mass-produced or AI-generated material. Enhance E-E-A-T signals across all web properties to build authority and trust. Maintain fast-loading, mobile-friendly websites with excellent user experience (UX) as page experience remains a ranking factor. Implement advanced spam prevention measures and avoid thin or low-value content. Leverage structured data for better content understanding by search engines
