### Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned SEO Specialist with at least four years of experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve visibility in search engine results. This role requires a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content strategy, and analytics to enhance website performance and drive growth.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **SEO Strategy Development:** Create and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored to the company’s goals, target audience, and industry trends.

- **Keyword Research and Analysis:** Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and analyze competitor strategies to find opportunities for growth.

- **On-Page Optimization:** Optimize website content and structure based on SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, images, and internal linking.

- **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that addresses user intent and enhances the site’s authority and relevance.

- **Link Building:** Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and page rankings.

- **Technical SEO:** Conduct website audits to identify technical issues (e.g., site speed, mobile optimization, schema markup) and work with the web development team to implement fixes.

- **Analytics and Reporting:** Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.

- **Stay Up-to-Date:** Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.

### Requirements:

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful SEO strategy development and execution.

- **Skills:**

- Expert knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

- Experience with website optimization tools and keyword research tools.

- Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- **Certifications:** Google Analytics certification and any other SEO-related certifications are a plus.

### Working Conditions:

- This role may be performed remotely or in an office environment, depending on the company's policy.

- Standard office hours apply, with occasional need for overtime during major project implementations or strategy overhauls.
