Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SEO Executive & Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media management, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content optimization, and online brand building. As an SEO and Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence through search engine optimization (SEO) and leveraging social media platforms to engage and grow our target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our brand's voice is consistent across all channels and that digital campaigns are data-driven and effective. Key Responsibilities:SEO Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Optimize website content, including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages, for search engines. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, and prepare regular reports. Analyze and improve the website’s technical SEO (site speed, mobile-friendliness, URL structure, etc.). Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates. Build and execute link-building campaigns to increase domain authority. Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content development. Monitor and report on website rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance. Social Media Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content (images, videos, blog posts, etc.). Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, clicks, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, integrating them into campaigns where appropriate. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to produce visually appealing and high-quality social media content. Run paid social media campaigns and optimize them for better ROI. Track competitor activity on social media and report on industry trends. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media management. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), and SEO reporting tools. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Preferred Skills:Experience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms. Experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations on social media. Experience with social media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Knowledge of video content creation and editing for social media platforms. Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
