You will be the first point of contact for customers calling in from the UK, taking food orders accurately, answering menu-related queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls for food order placement. Provide accurate information regarding restaurant menus, delivery time, and offers. Upsell menu items and suggest add-ons where appropriate. Enter orders into the system with high accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate with restaurant teams if needed for order updates or changes. Maintain polite and professional communication at all times. Meet quality, call handling, and service standards. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO or call center (preferably in food delivery or hospitality process). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Good listening skills and customer service orientation. Basic computer knowledge and ability to type efficiently. Must be comfortable working in night shifts. Preferred Qualifications:Experience handling international inbound calls (UK/US process).
