We're Hiring: Senior SEO Analyst (4+ Years, Agency Experience) Experience: Minimum 4 years in SEO, with a strong agency background About the Role: We are seeking a Senior SEO Analyst who can lead end-to-end SEO initiatives and collaborate across departments. You’ll play a key role in driving traffic, enhancing visibility, and improving user experience across client websites. SEO Responsibilities: Perform in-depth technical SEO audits and resolve crawl, indexation, and speed issues Conduct SERP analysis and keyword research to identify content gaps and growth opportunities Analyze competitors’ SEO performance and create benchmark strategies Build and implement tailored SEO strategies for diverse industries Collaborate with content writers to optimize blog and web content for search engines Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority Conduct UI/UX analysis of client and competitor websites to enhance SEO performance Set up and manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager for SEO tracking and reporting Ensure Core Web Vitals and structured data (schema markup) are implemented Maintain and update SEO documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge base Share learnings and best practices with internal teams to enhance SEO understanding Google Business Profile Management: Set up and optimize Google Business Profiles for local visibility Manage verification, suspensions, reinstatements, and appeals related to GMB Ensure GMB listings are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date Handle Q&A, reviews, photos, and posts to maintain an engaging GMB profile Monitor and resolve any GMB-related issues proactively Local SEO & Listings Management: Optimize local directory listings Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across all platforms Manage local citations and backlinks for multi-location businesses Implement strategies to improve local pack and map rankings Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement SEO recommendations Coordinate with designers to ensure SEO best practices in UI/UX Collaborate with content writers and ensure keyword integration Support the sales and product teams with SEO insights for campaigns Stay aligned with ongoing SEO projects across the organization Ensure transparency and avoid duplicate efforts through knowledge sharing Client Communication & Documentation: Attend onboarding sessions, review meetings, and client calls as needed Prepare and share meeting minutes, client briefs, and action plans Tailor and communicate SEO strategies aligned with the client business goals Maintain a professional and consultative relationship with clients Candidate Requirements: 4+ years of agency SEO experience Strong knowledge in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO Deep understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager Proven experience with GMB management and issue resolution Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Show more Show less
