Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Benefits Consultant to lead the configuration, governance, and rollout of a global benefits catalogue across multiple countries. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and compliant benefits solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end configuration of SuccessFactors EC Benefits, including a global benefits catalogue with country-specific variations
  • Configure benefit entitlements, elections, opt-outs, alternative choices, and employer/employee contribution models
  • Design and maintain benefits cost configurations to support renewals, premium updates, and cost-sharing structures
  • Enable and manage dependent changes, life events, and annual enrollment cycles integrated with onboarding and core HR
  • Define and execute eligibility rules across countries and employee populations, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Establish reporting and analytics for benefits participation, payroll & pension integrations, and total rewards visibility
  • Own and maintain the benefits governance model, including SLAs, renewals, and structured change management
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, timelines, budgets, and system readiness
  • Coordinate delivery milestones covering configuration, testing, reporting, and Phase 1 go-live
  • Partner with internal communications teams to support employee-facing documentation, FAQs, and guidance


Requirements


  • 6+ years (for Consultant) or 8+ years (for Senior Consultant) of HRIS / HR Technology experience
  • Minimum 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits configuration across multiple countries
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale benefits implementations
  • Strong understanding of benefits cost modeling, payroll & pension integration
  • Experience with governance frameworks, vendor management, and change management
  • Strong data analysis, validation, and testing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is preferred
