Senior SAP PS Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Consultant with strong knowledge of Project System (PS) module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end SAP PS implementation, configuration, and support, and be able to handle complex project management requirements within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements related to Project Systems and analyze project-related processes.
• Configure SAP PS module including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Activities, Milestones, and Project Structures.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and tracking within SAP PS.
• Integrate PS with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and HR.
• Perform testing, data migration, and validation for PS configurations.
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
• Support end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Conduct training sessions for business users as needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, and HR modules.
• Experience with Project Planning, Project Execution, and Project Reporting.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications, workflows, and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP PS implementation projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PS module is a plus.
• Experience in reporting tools like SAP Fiori, SAP BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.

• Complete PS configuration as per business requirements.
• Integration of PS with other modules for seamless project management.
• Accurate and timely project reporting and dashboards.
• End-user support and documentation for PS processes.
