Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PS module implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and quality processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP PS modules to meet business requirements and manage multiple projects and teams
• Integrate PS with other SAP modules such as FI, SD, and CO.
• Handle change requests, system enhancements, and incident management in SAP PS areas.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments (ABAP, interfaces, reports).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing and quality processes.
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP PS Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, process orders, and quality management processes.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects and support environments.
• Good understanding of integration points with FI, CO & SD
• Ability to analyse business requirements and deliver appropriate SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• SAP certification in PS is an added advantage.
• Any additional SAP module like CO/FI/SD is added advantage
