About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer on a contract basis to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role requires hands-on development skills, problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Work with QA teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of solutions.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
• Proven experience with CURSE (Customization, Upgrade, Reporting, Support, Enhancement)
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, frameworks, and practical applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or related

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must be based in
