Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who will lead the design, development, and optimization of the Salesforce environment of the company. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with business goals. This position suits someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. - Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features. - Create and update technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews. - Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools. - Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. - Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle. - Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems. - Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and Platform Developer II (preferred).
