Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom applications using
LWC
,
Apex
, and
Visualforce
.
Design and implement solutions within
Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
.
Build and manage integrations with external systems using
REST/SOAP APIs
and
Platform Events
.
Optimize performance with efficient
SOQL/SOSL
queries and bulk data processing.
Ensure compliance with
Salesforce Governor Limits
and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Provide support for offer-related and HR tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with FSC.
Strong proficiency in
LWC
,
Apex
,
JavaScript
,
HTML
, and
CSS
.
Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks and tools like
MuleSoft
,
Informatica
, or
Flosum
.
Familiarity with tools like
GenAI
,
AgentForce
,
Docusign
, and
Conga Contracts
is a plus.
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, FSC Consultant) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and DevOps tools.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
