Senior Salesforce Developer

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with collaborative skills to deliver high-quality solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC and webservices.
• Implement and customize Sales Cloud & & Platform features to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate process maps into technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity across systems through proper MDM practices
• Participate in solution design sessions and technical planning meetings
• Contribute to code reviews and maintain development best practices
• Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, including GitHub, CLI, and VS Code.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on APEX, LWC and webservices.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud & Platform configuration and customization
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and integration patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated expertise in handling large-scale data volumes, including data loading and migration processes.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) implementations
• Process mapping expertise
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant)
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Background in Marketing and Sales processes in telecommunications or manufacturing industries .

Note:

• Working hours window: Between 10:00 am IST - 10:00 PM IST

• Start time may adjusted by the team once the work started (it should be btw 10:00 am - noon).

• Location: Hybrid - NCR - Onsite 3 - 4 days /week

• Sales Cloud and Salesforce Platform experience is a must.

• Awareness of Sales and Marketing processes is preferred.
