Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative to drive the enrollment of our MBA programs. This role involves engaging with prospective students, offering personalized counselling, and managing sales pipelines. You'll play a key role in promoting our MBA offerings through direct sales, events, and strong collaborations with our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Enrollment:

    Drive MBA program enrollments using a consultative sales approach.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing:

    Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and webinars.
  • Student Counselling:

    Advise students based on their academic profile and career goals.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Track leads and meet/exceed sales targets using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with admissions and counselling teams to ensure smooth student experiences.
  • Event Participation:

    Represent Yocket at seminars and webinars to engage prospective students.
  • Market Insights:

    Stay informed on MBA sector trends to refine strategies.


Requirements:

  • Experience:

    3+ years in sales, ideally in education or edtech, with a focus on MBA or higher education programs.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills:

    Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and CRM knowledge.
  • Travel:

    Open to attending events (virtual and physical).
  • Additional Advantage:

    Experience with high-ticket educational products, study abroad, or MBA application processes.
