Position Overview:-

We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected Sales Manager with solid experience in the global tours and travel industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international travel markets, a strong global client network, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales approaches. 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients, travel agents, and business partners. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.

• Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and after-sales service.

• Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design competitive global travel packages.

• Stay informed of emerging travel trends, destination updates, and competitive pricing models.

• Represent Wander Nova at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility.

• Lead and motivate a small sales team to achieve performance excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of proven experience in sales within the international tours and travel industry (mandatory).

• Strong global client network and exceptional relationship management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close high-value deals.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional foreign languages is an advantage.

• High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
