Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Manager who has minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector.
The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of global travel products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with B2B and B2C clients, ensuring long-term customer retention.
• Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, tour packages, and visa services.
• Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with global travel vendors.
• Supervise and mentor the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote offers and destination campaigns.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive communication and after-sales service.
• Maintain an updated database of potential leads and key accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry (mandatory).
• Proven experience in selling international tour packages, flights, and travel services.
• Strong understanding of global destinations and travel trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online travel booking platforms.
• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
