We are the only automotive provider focused exclusively on cockpit electronics – the fastest-growing segment in the industry.Requirement of this Role:Working in close coordination with MSIL for various RFQs / RFI and fulfilling Day to Day requirements of MSIL. Must have good exposure, the way MSIL works so that the requirement of MSIL can be immediately addressed, be it is for the RFQ, Products under development and the forthcoming mass production supplies. Dealing with the internal stake holders will also be one of the prime responsibilities.

Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days:

  • Close engagement with MSIL for the RFQ, RFI and acting fast on submission of the various data as and when required by MSIL.
  • Engagement with MSIL Engineering team along with Visteon Technical Stake holders.
  • Assess customer needs to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion and product/feature enhancement.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for product platform feature improvement or cost reduction.
  • Define the business growth plan based on inputs from MSIL.
  • Track the product line business performance across the product lifecycle, such as its growth, market share, and profitability, with the goal of improving all the KPIs.

Skill And Experience Required

  • Experience of dealing with MSIL RFI/ RFQ.
  • Must have the experience of preparing the Annual Negotiation data for the mass production items.
  • Must have the experience of filing and negotiating various cost increases on yearly basis.
  • Must have the experience of understanding MSIL requirements on the Commercial issues and acting fast to satisfy MSIL requirements.
  • Lead from the front.
  • Engineering Graduate / MBA / Graduation with strong exposure to MSIL for more than 15 years.
  • Good knowledge of Computers with exposure of working in SAP environment.
  • Immediate joiner will be preferred.
