Qualifications & Skills – Senior Sales Manager Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). 2–5 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong background in the skincare, personal care, or healthcare industry(FMCG) is highly preferred. In-depth understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales cycles specific to health and beauty products. Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities . Proficient in designing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches in wellness and beauty segments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast market trends . Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and sales performance tools. Ability to build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships, including retailers, distributors, and healthcare professionals . Willingness to travel for client meetings, team support, and market expansion opportunities . High level of professionalism, adaptability, and decision-making in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment. Key responsibilities: Team Leadership & Sales Strategy – Lead and manage a team of sales professionals; develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Business Development – Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth. Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approach and offerings. Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track team performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and ensure accurate forecasting. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategies and improve customer experience. Travel & Client Meetings – Conduct regular field visits, attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed. Should have own vehicle for regional travel and client visits.
