Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for our HRMS SaaS product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRTech, and a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SMBs and mid-market enterprises. Leverage existing relationships with HR Managers, HR Heads, and decision-makers to generate leads and close deals. Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation and demo to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools and structured sales strategies. Work closely with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings based on client needs and market trends. Ensure strong conversion rates and consistent achievement of sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approach. Key Requirements: 36 years of proven sales experience, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software. Strong network and relationships with HR professionals (HR Managers, HR Heads) across industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Comfortable with hybrid work setup and field client interactions in Bengaluru. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Experience in scaling SaaS sales in a startup or growth-stage environment.
