Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Support Executive US Payroll Location: Bengaluru | Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift) Experience: 5+ Years We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Executive with 5+ years of experience, specializing in US Payroll systems and managing L1, L2, and L3 support tickets. The ideal candidate will be skilled in issue resolution, client communication, and handling configuration changes in leading HRMS platforms. Experience in tools like Freshdesk and Zendesk is essential. Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in US Payroll support In-depth understanding of US payroll compliance and processes Proficient in using support platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or equivalents Experience with HRMS platforms for configuration and troubleshooting Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) Preferred: Experience with ADP, Paychex, or other payroll software, and a background in supporting US-based clients.
