Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Executive US Payroll Location: Bengaluru | Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift) Experience: 3+ Years Were hiring a Technical Support Executive with 3+ years of experience in handling L1, L2, and L3 support tickets, particularly in US Payroll systems and handling configuration changes in leading HRMS platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar platforms and strong communication skills. Key Requirements 3+ years of experience in US Payroll support In-depth understanding of US payroll compliance and processes Proficient in using support platforms like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or equivalents Experience with HRMS platforms for configuration and troubleshooting Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Willingness to work night shifts (US time zone) Preferred: Experience with ADP, Paychex, or other payroll software, and a background in supporting US-based clients.
