Premier Bars Limited, a leading company in the steel industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for its Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) division. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and commercial background and be capable of independently handling the business. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the PEB segment. • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and industrial clients. • Work closely with the design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project deliveries. • Negotiate contracts, finalize orders, and ensure timely collections. • Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to the management. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical support and after-sales service. Key Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or an MBA in Sales & Marketing with a strong technical understanding. • Experience: 10-15 years in sales and business development of PEB or steel structures. • Strong networking skills in the construction and industrial sectors. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business growth. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
