Designation: Senior Sales Manager Location: Nashik Experience : Min 5+ Years exp in Sales Salary: 30, 000-40,000 Joining Status: Immediately The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet performance targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts. Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Handle high-value clients and close strategic deals. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
