Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our residential land sourcing efforts across key U.S. markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a network of brokers, identifying potential land acquisition opportunities, and driving qualified leads through the pipeline. This role involves market outreach, regular broker engagement, and close coordination with internal teams for lead evaluation and conversion. The position also offers the opportunity to travel to the U.S. for business development and exposure to international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively connect with residential land brokers, agents, and developers to source available lots.
  • Maintain and grow a network of brokers and landowners in target U.S. cities.
  • Call, email, and follow up with brokers for lot availability, pricing, and off-market opportunities.
  • Document all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Land Analysts to evaluate lead quality.
  • Coordinate with Acquisition Managers to hand off qualified leads.
  • Attend local real estate events or MLS broker meetings to expand reach.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for broker calls, leads sourced, and deals initiated.
  • Travel to the U.S. as required for on-ground engagement and market development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, land acquisition, or broker relations.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong professional networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to the U.S., as part of the role.
